Frontier Operating Plan is built by Frontier Business Design for founder-led service businesses. No account or sign-in is required. This policy describes what we collect, what stays on your device, and what is transmitted to our systems.
What we collect
When you request access to the Operating Plan, we ask for your first name, last name, business name, and email address. Phone number, industry, and business website are optional. If you check the newsletter box, we record your consent to receive The Frontier Dispatch along with a timestamp and the version of the consent text you agreed to.
What is saved locally
Your operating plan — company information, values, three-year and one-year destinations, the binding constraint, quarterly outcomes, milestones, weekly reviews, decisions, and deferred priorities — is stored in your browser's local storage on this device only. It is not transmitted to us unless you separately choose to share it. You can export a JSON backup or delete all local data at any time from Company Settings.
What is transferred to our systems
The access form details you submit (name, email, business name, and any optional fields) and your newsletter consent are sent to our customer relationship system so we can grant access, record your consent, and respond if you contact us. We do not send your operating-plan content, financial figures, personnel details, or proprietary decisions to that system. Providing your email alone does not subscribe you to marketing — only the separate, unchecked newsletter box does that.
Newsletter consent
The Frontier Dispatch is a weekly, practical operating newsletter. The opt-in checkbox is unchecked by default and optional. Access to the tool never depends on agreeing to receive it. If you decline, we do not enroll you in marketing. If you consent, we record the consent text version and timestamp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any Dispatch email.
Third-party AI
This application does not send your operating-plan answers to third-party AI services. Planning data remains in your browser unless you explicitly export it.
Your controls
You can update your access details, export or import a JSON backup, reset to the fictional demo, or delete all local data from Company Settings. To request deletion of the contact information you submitted, contact Frontier Business Design.
Local storage is not a secure multi-user database
Anyone with access to the same unlocked browser profile on this device may be able to view locally stored information. Do not store sensitive information you would not put on that device. We do not expose your plan through public URLs.
